Contract Management Lead

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Contract Management Lead to join our Shirland West Mental Health Service in Westminster. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals experiencing mental health challenges, guiding them towards independence and well-being.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of a hub and associated stepdown sites, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, external agencies, and our Commissioning Team to deliver high-quality support to customers facing severe and enduring mental health issues.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Enhanced Support Workers, Specialist Support Workers, and Night Support Workers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Promote sector best practices and legislative compliance to safeguard our customers within their environment.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation, contractual requirements, financial regulations, and Look Ahead Policy and Procedures.
  • Deputize for the Lead Service Manager as required.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in supporting vulnerable adults with complex needs, including substance misuse, offending histories, complex trauma, mental health issues, young people leaving care, and homelessness.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering quality services within statutory care settings.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current mental health legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Qualifications
  • GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • Relevant clinical or therapeutic training.
