Electrical Assessment Specialist

As an Electrical Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting AM2 evaluations in accordance with NET standards, ensuring the delivery of superior assessments. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining the accreditation of the AM2 center, ensuring compliance with NET regulations, and overseeing the daily operations of the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments that meet NET compliance, preparing and resetting assessment areas efficiently, while ensuring all documentation is completed to the required standards.
- Engage with NET verifiers, moderators, and other external stakeholders to uphold quality management and contract compliance.
- Participate in strategic planning and performance evaluation initiatives.
- Monitor and document learner progress, maintaining comprehensive assessment records and other necessary documentation.
- Support the achievement of quality standards and Key Performance Indicators for the AM2 center.
- Manage the inventory of materials, tools, and equipment required for AM2 sessions, ensuring adequate supply and safe storage.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, and complying with all relevant H&S and COSHH guidelines.
- Continuously develop your qualifications and experience to meet NET requirements and effectively administer a range of assessments.
