Role Overview
As an Electrical Assessment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting AM2 evaluations in accordance with NET standards, ensuring the delivery of exceptional assessments and contributing to the accreditation of the AM2 center. Your role will encompass various responsibilities that are crucial for the effective operation of the center.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer high-quality assessments in line with NET compliance, preparing and resetting assessment areas as required, while ensuring all documentation is completed to the necessary standards.
  2. Collaborate with NET verifiers, moderators, and other relevant external organizations to maintain quality management and adhere to NET contract compliance.
  3. Engage in business planning and performance monitoring to enhance operational efficiency.
  4. Document and track learners' progress meticulously, maintaining assessment files and other essential center documentation.
  5. Contribute to the achievement of the College's quality standards and Key Performance Indicators for AM2 center services.
  6. Manage the supply of materials, tools, and equipment for AM2 sessions, including maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring safe storage practices.
  7. Uphold safe AM2 center practices in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized learning environment while complying with all relevant H&S and COSHH regulations.
  8. Continuously develop and maintain your qualifications and experience to meet NET requirements and effectively administer a range of assessments through the center.
