Payroll Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of payroll analysts to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
- Collaborate with the payroll manager to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and service level agreements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
