Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and lead the payroll team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

    • Ensure all BACS transmissions are completed in accordance with the payroll schedule and procedure.
    • Support the Payroll Manager with activities and resource planning.

    • Act as an escalation point for customers and resolve any issues in a timely and effective manner.
