Product Manager

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our team at MHR, a leading provider of HR, payroll, and finance software solutions. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products, including iTrent, our flagship HR, payroll, and finance software.
Your primary responsibility will be to research industry trends in HR, payroll, finance, data analytics, and AI to inform product strategy. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and our engineering and UX teams to define and prioritize solutions that meet real business needs and offer competitive advantages.
Key responsibilities include managing the product roadmap, refining the backlog, and ensuring features are efficiently developed in alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with our marketing team to create go-to-market kits and promote new features, supporting business readiness with training materials, user guides, and impact analyses.
As an advocate for iTrent, you'll promote new features and integrations that deliver value to customers while driving ROI for MHR. You will also work with our Research team to evaluate new technological trends and ensure innovative features are integrated into the product.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to balance technical feasibility with business and customer needs.
