Payroll Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Team Leader to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to our payroll analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality payroll services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the payroll team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality payroll services.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent service and support.
- Team Management: Manage and develop the payroll team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure that all payroll operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations, including tax and employment legislation.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including the payroll manager and other team members, to ensure that payroll operations are aligned with business objectives.
- Payroll Experience: Proven experience in payroll operations, including leadership and management roles.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including knowledge of payroll software and systems.
