About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales operations, you will work closely with our Sales Director and Sales Executives to ensure the smooth running of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Sales Director, managing schedules, meetings, and travel with precision.
  • Handle email and communication flow, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
  • Assist Sales Executives with lead generation, follow-ups, and quotes, driving sales performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage post-sales events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Organize impactful sales and marketing events, conferences, and corporate functions, owning these projects with attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts, acting as the liaison between the sales team, other staff members, and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and solve potential issues, streamlining processes, and optimizing event management.
  • Stay on top of multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
  • Utilize office software and tech tools efficiently, continuously improving processes.
Requirements:

  • UK residency and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in a fast-paced administrative role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Proficiency in office software and fast, accurate typing.
