About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Hireo. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Director and Sales Executives in ensuring the smooth running of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle communication flow, ensuring timely and professional correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist Sales Executives with lead generation, follow-ups, and quotes to drive sales growth.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage post-sales events, conferences, and corporate functions.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts, acting as a liaison between the sales team, other staff members, and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and solve potential issues, streamlining processes and optimizing event management.
  • Stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
Requirements
  • UK residency and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in a full-time, fast-paced administrative role.
  • Stellar organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and fast, accurate typing.
