Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and numerically skilled individual to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. This role will involve assisting with various financial tasks, including processing invoices and expense claims, preparing financial reports and statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and expense claims.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, including accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • A degree in finance or a related field is preferred, but not required.
