Role Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and enhancing marketing initiatives. This position demands proficiency in graphic design and the ability to create engaging content for various platforms. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient preparation and management of sales documentation, assist in crafting marketing materials, and contribute to the execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Assistance:

  1. Provide essential administrative support to the sales department.
  2. Assist in the creation and formatting of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  3. Help prepare sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  4. Coordinate the distribution of sales materials and marketing resources.
  5. Support the tracking of performance metrics, including monitoring the sales pipeline.

Marketing Assistance:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and produce appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  2. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  3. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  4. Support the development of partner marketing initiatives.

Graphic Design:

  1. Utilize graphic design expertise to create high-quality visual content that aligns with the company’s branding.
  2. Design and produce materials for both print and digital formats.
  3. Ensure consistency and accuracy in all design work, adhering to established brand guidelines.

Social Media and Campaign Management:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  2. Create and manage content calendars for partner channel social media.
  3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales support and marketing coordination.
  • Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience managing social media platforms and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, including schedule management and documentation processing.
  • Experience in creating professional and engaging visual content.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  • High level of accuracy and a keen eye for design consistency.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
