Position Overview

Role Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and enhancing marketing initiatives. This position demands proficiency in visual design and the creation of engaging social media content. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient preparation and management of sales documentation, assist in crafting marketing materials, and aid in the execution of promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Assistance:

  1. Provide essential administrative support to the sales department.
  2. Assist in the preparation and formatting of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  3. Support the preparation of sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  4. Coordinate the distribution of sales materials and marketing resources.
  5. Assist in tracking performance metrics, including monitoring the sales pipeline.

Marketing Assistance:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and produce appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
  2. Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and events.
  3. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  4. Assist in developing partner marketing strategies.

Visual Design:

  1. Utilize graphic design expertise to create high-quality visual content that aligns with the company's branding.
  2. Design and produce materials for both print and digital platforms.
  3. Ensure consistency and accuracy in all design work, adhering to brand standards.

Social Media and Campaign Management:

  1. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  2. Create and manage content calendars for partner channel social media.
  3. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales support and marketing coordination.
  • Proficient in graphic design with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Experience in managing social media channels and developing marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in managing administrative tasks, schedules, and documentation.
  • Graphic Design: Experience in producing professional and engaging visual content.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for effective collaboration.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
