Job Title: Ward Administrator

At Elysium Healthcare, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ward Administrator to join our team at Brighton & Hove Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide administrative support to the wards, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical administration and support services, including updating patient information, answering phone calls, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the ward diary, update service user timetables, and take minutes during meetings.
  • Arrange meetings, type up correspondence, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work closely with the training administrator to ensure all staff have completed mandatory training.
  • Monitor attendance information, including absence data, to enable appropriate action to be taken.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to respond to changes in service and adapt to new situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
