Job Summary

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, enabling them to live the life they want to live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, enabling them to live independently and participate in community activities.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Support individuals to develop new skills and interests.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare and social care teams.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.

Requirements

  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence and access to a car (essential for this role).
