Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Area Supervisor to oversee the operational management of our breakfast and after-school clubs in the borough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet company and Ofsted quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational aspects of the breakfast and after-school clubs, including staff supervision and coordination of activities.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and achieve business performance targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experience.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company and Ofsted standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of childcare leaders to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.

Requirements

  • Level 3 or above childcare qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and motivate participants of all ages and abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate perseverance, patience, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT and administration skills, with the ability to use software applications to manage services and staff.
