About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Helping Hands. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Registered Care Manager in delivering exceptional care and support to our customers and carers within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Care Manager in ensuring that customers receive the highest standards of care and support through effective allocation of staff.
- Complete direct observations and supervisions for your care teams within the correct timescales.
- Support the Branch Care Manager to maintain carer numbers by actively recruiting new team members and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Reassess customers to ensure care plans are reflective of customer's needs and condition.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
- Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are always provided.
Requirements
- A Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or willingness to work towards achieving this.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
