About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Live Recruitment Ltd. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and logistics
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure event success
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and attendees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality events
  • Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Manage event marketing and promotion efforts
  • Monitor and report on event metrics and feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
