About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Party Host Coordinator to join our team at Mytime Active. As a Party Host Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage events, including children's activities, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Sales Opportunities: Identify and maximize sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures and protocols.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
