Morgan Jones is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Resource Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration and processing of college examinations and papers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examination Administration: Assist in the completion and support of the administration and processing of all college examinations and papers.
  • Scheduling and Resourcing: Coordinate and support the scheduling, resourcing, and administration of onsite assessment centers.
  • Additional Support: Coordinate and support the resourcing of additional support and access arrangements for all college examinations.
  • Communication: Communicate examination notifications to students and dispatch certificates.
  • Data Management: Collate and enter data as required.
  • Team Support: Cover for colleagues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience working with students in an educational setting.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills are essential.
  • IT Skills: Comfortable using IT/MS Office products.
  • Confidentiality: Able to work in a respectful and confidential professional manner.
  • Safeguarding: Working knowledge of safeguarding for students and young adults.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service: Background in providing a good customer service experience is essential.
  • Empathy: Empathy is a base requirement for this role.
  • DBS: Must have an Enhanced DBS in place, preferably on the update service.
