  • Conducting evaluations of clinical interventions using diverse methodologies to enhance health outcomes for patients and their families.
  • Supporting the professional development of trainee clinical psychologists through supervision and mentorship.
  • Collaborating with community youth workers and student psychologists to create psychosocial support systems and educational resources.
  • Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and patient care in line with professional guidelines.
  • Functioning as an independent practitioner while adhering to professional boundaries and accountability.
  • Providing regular updates to the project team regarding progress and outcomes.
  • Complying with all relevant local and national health standards and policies.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Post-graduate doctoral training in clinical psychology accredited by relevant professional bodies.
  • Experience with evidence-based psychological models and therapeutic approaches.
  • Proven experience working with diverse client groups, particularly children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication skills with individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of child protection legislation and practices.

Desirable:

  • Experience in pediatric settings and with young individuals facing disabilities or health challenges.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in specialized areas of psychological practice.
