Learning Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Worker to join our team. As a Learning Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting Students
- Enable students to access learning through needs-specific, personalized approaches
- Encourage independence among students
- Contribute to individual student records and reports
Working as Part of a Team
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for students
Additional Responsibilities
- Support students at home and in class
- Attend and contribute to meetings
- Complete administration work
