At Aspens we work across Kent, Sussex, Surrey and Bexley; supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Saxby Lane is a new Supported Living Service, that will become a home to adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and associated conditions.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be working the quieter hours of the night, whilst completing tasks such as cleaning, organising and completing regular checks on the home and on the people, you support, some of whom may have medical conditions that require monitoring such as epilepsy

You'll be responsible for carrying out the person-centred support plans
(including personal care) and following risk assessments, administering medication and completing nightly reports to ensure those we care for are safeguarded while living their best life. Due to the complexity of their needs, some of those within our homes may also need 1:1 support during the night.

**About You**:
We are looking for friendly, hard-working people with a fun spirit and a good sense of humour to join our team of support staff.

We recognise that good waking night support workers come from all walks of life. No matter your level of previous experience, our internal training team will be there to support you with any training and qualifications you will need to complete.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will usually be working either as part of a small team or on a 1:1 basis at times. For this reason, you should be confident when support others alone.

Ultimately, if you are a caring person, passionate about empowering others and ready to learn new skills we think you could be a great fit at Aspens and we can’t wait to meet you
