**Support Worker**

**Location**:13 Saxby Lane, Lingfield, Surrey (RH7 6DL)
- Good public transport links, in walking distance from local train station_
- **Hours of Work: Full-Time 40 hours per week -does require a sleep in's and weekend and evening availability **_or _**Part-Time 8 hour shifts, Early, late**_**and sleep in's **_
Sleep-in shifts - paid at £62 per night can be alongside a late or early shift,
- **Salary**:_ **Earn up to annual salary of £30,316 (based on full time with 10 hours overtime and 1 sleep in per week. Hourly pay rate is £10.92 per hour. Sleep in shifts are paid at an allowance of £62 per night)**

An exciting opportunity for caring individuals to join this new supported living service and team working with individuals between the ages of 21-30. The role will include supporting individuals with their daily lives and ensuring that their interests are met by taking part in activities inside the home and within the community - for example, accessing day opportunities, activities such as games nights, gym, bowling, swimming etc.

Assistance with independent Life skills - such as cooking, home making, budgeting, attending appointments

**About the Role**:
At Aspens we work across Kent, Sussex and Surrey; supporting individuals with autistic spectrum conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Saxbys Lane is a Supported Living Service, recently acquired by Aspens and home to adults with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions.

As a Support Worker at Saxbys Lane, you will work as part of a strong and dedicated team, playing a big role in the support we give those that live there throughout their day to day lives.

Along with your general caring responsibilities (including some personal care and assisting those with physical disabilities or mobility issues) your role will include supporting with many exciting activities such as baking, painting or learning to play an instrument as well as other activities out in the local community.
