About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a leading national charity. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs, promoting their independence and inclusion in the learning environment.
- Assist tutors in delivering engaging lessons, using personalized approaches to help students access learning.
- Track and celebrate students' achievements, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to support their progress.
- Support the smooth running of the College, contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About the College
This college is dedicated to improving the lives of children and young people with epilepsy and related conditions. We are a non-maintained residential special school for 19-25-year-olds and an innovative college for adults with SEND.
