Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to learners with SEN, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement inclusive lesson plans that cater to the needs of all learners.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure a seamless transition between home and school.
Requirements:
• A degree in Education or a related field.
• Experience working with learners with SEN is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
