About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a General Manager Trainee. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our Tenpin centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a comprehensive 12-week training program to develop your skills and knowledge in managing a Tenpin centre.
  • Gain hands-on experience by working across various sites in the region, learning from experienced managers and developing your leadership skills.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff management, customer service, and sales.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or leisure industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Ability to drive and have access to a vehicle.
