Main Purpose:

To contribute to the recruitment of suitable trainees and sponsoring companies to MIT skills, leveraging digital marketing expertise to drive program success.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote MITSKILLS Ltd programs to careers services, schools, employer companies, and prospective learners.
  • Collaborate with the team to select and place applicants on the MIT skills, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and website, ensuring they remain current and engaging.
  • Provide regular monitoring reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Maintain the Apprenticeship Portal, ensuring it remains up-to-date and accurate at all times.
  • Prepare and attend career events, reporting on data outcomes and providing insights for future improvements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and editing of the company website, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for learners and employers.
  • Develop and maintain course prospectuses, highlighting the benefits and value of MIT skills programs.
  • Ensure the Learner and Employer Voice process is fully implemented, collecting and publishing data in a timely manner.
  • Participate in training courses as required, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.
  • Ensure all activities conform to MIT skills policies, procedures, and agreements, prioritizing equal opportunities and health & safety.
