Job Description

CHEP, a global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to drive customer retention and growth across Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that articulate the value proposition of our European Strategic Partnership accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to deliver measurable results and drive customer retention.
  • Create compelling marketing content that resonates with our European Strategic Partnership accounts and supports the CHEP Europe Pallets business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with global initiatives.
  • Support contract renewal and tender processes, including content creation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous innovation in marketing practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer retention and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong marketing content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on customer retention and growth.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
