About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Duty Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading and developing our pharmacy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services, working closely with the pharmacy team and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with company objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy management role, with a strong track record of leadership and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
