About the RoleThis is a 12-week training program designed to develop your skills and knowledge to become a successful General Manager. You will work closely with our experienced management team to learn the ins and outs of running a Tenpin centre, including managing staff, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the management of a Tenpin centre, including staff supervision and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Previous experience in a hospitality or leisure industry, preferably in a management role
- Full of determination, enthusiasm, and patience
- Fully flexible and highly adaptable to change
- To be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
