Social Worker for Children in Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated social worker to join our Looked After Children Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of children and young people in care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people
- Supporting placement stability, educational achievements, and emotional resilience
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and their families.
