Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this position is to provide exceptional customer experiences by fostering strong, trusting relationships with allocated customers. This involves understanding market trends and effectively positioning products from Arrow's product portfolio to drive account growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers, Product Specialists, and aligned vendor and partner contacts to drive sales growth.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities within defined criteria and accounts.
- Provide timely assistance and support to customers on queries and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with vendor personnel.
- Meet margin and revenue targets.
- Take ownership of self-development in product knowledge and job competencies, achieving all set objectives.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
- Structured sales approach, building rapport with key stakeholders for partners and vendors, and establishing confidence and trust within the customer base.
- Strong desire to deliver excellent customer service, resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to grasp a high-level understanding of the Arrow product portfolio (training will be provided).
- A confident self-starter and strong team player.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Ability to demonstrate responsible, conscientious, and reliable team membership.
- Sound business acumen and ability to understand and interact with customers.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.

The company's standard working hours are 9.00am - 5.30 pm, with one hour for lunch. However, due to the nature of this role, flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the position.
