Corecruitment is seeking a Strategic HR Director to lead their dynamic and growing team within a thriving restaurant group with both UK and international locations.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this part-time role (3 days per week) offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of human resources within this successful organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the HR department, encompassing talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, and financial planning for the department.
  • Drive the evolution of the HR and training function, implementing innovative strategies to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.
  • Develop and execute impactful HR initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
  • Contribute to long-term objectives by championing business and people development initiatives, including succession planning and elevating line manager capabilities.
  • Craft and refine people and employment policies that promote fairness, transparency, and legal compliance.
  • Cultivate a framework that empowers a motivated and engaged workforce through recognition programs, rewards systems, and individual development opportunities.
  • Promote the significance of effective people management and guide the implementation of best practices across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the board, assuming accountability for the performance of the HR function and its departments. Provide strategic and operational guidance on all human capital matters.
