Job Title: Head of Security

Insignia Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security to lead our security efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols and policies to protect our organization's sensitive information and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement security protocols and policies to protect sensitive information and assets
  • Manage and direct the overall performance of the security team and its individual members
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements, as well as professional duties and obligations relating to security
  • Monitor and manage security systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance
  • Support all other departments with security and related issues
  • Maintain an accurate security record globally
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in safety management, information technology systems, or a similar field
  • At least 6 years' experience working as a security manager
  • Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws
  • Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures
  • Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cyber-security
