Head of Security Operations

Insignia Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Security to lead our security efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security protocols and policies to protect our organization's sensitive information and assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data and systems.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Manage and direct the security team to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, laws, and regulations to ensure our organization remains compliant and secure.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as safety management, information technology, or a similar field.
- At least 6 years of experience in a security management role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective security protocols and policies.
- Excellent knowledge of state and federal information security laws and regulations.
- Proven proficiency in developing physical and digital security protocols and procedures.
- Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cyber-security.
