About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cleaning Services team as a Cleaning Services Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Cleaning Services Team Manager with daily operations, planning, and preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and day-to-day operations of the Cleaning Services department.
  • Assist with the control and allocation of porterage jobs, ensuring work is distributed and completed in line with our service level agreement.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements
  • Previous experience of working within a large team.
  • The ability to work at pace and under pressure whilst remaining organized.
  • Experience of planning and organizing operational tasks, stock control, and managing budgets.
  • Ability to confidently deal with Guest concerns and resolve problems, show empathy and understanding.
