Position Overview:
As a Service Desk Analyst at Global Technology Solutions Ltd, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist users with technical issues, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to end users by managing incidents logged in the Incident Management system.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding the status and progress of their incidents.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
  • Adhere to established incident management protocols to ensure a smooth resolution process.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive updates and engagement.
  • Stay informed about current procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and client interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and service improvements.

Required Skills:
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, with excellent communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to incident resolution.
  • Educational background equivalent to GCSE Level in Maths and English.
  • IT certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
