Senior Salesforce Consultant – 6-Month Contract - PAYE

A prestigious global consultancy is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to take a pivotal role in various projects.

In this client-facing position, you will showcase your expertise across a diverse array of Salesforce initiatives, each with its own level of complexity.

Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with senior client stakeholders, facilitating requirements workshops, managing process mapping, drafting user stories, converting business challenges into effective solutions, utilizing out-of-the-box configuration capabilities, and participating in the design and development of tailored solutions. You will engage in both functional and technical project aspects.

This position necessitates a candidate with prior leadership experience, capable of guiding projects and mentoring junior team members throughout the delivery process.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and enthusiastic Salesforce expert with demonstrated experience across the entire lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects. Required qualifications include:

  • Exceptional Salesforce consulting abilities with comprehensive experience in project and delivery lifecycles
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the capacity to direct, delegate, and mentor junior team members
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to engage in various roles across different projects
  • Technical proficiency in Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components is highly desirable
  • A solid understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL is advantageous

Your qualifications should be supported by Salesforce Certifications, along with strong client-facing communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

Flexibility for travel to the consultancy's office will be necessary, but there is significant flexibility available, including remote work options.

This is an initial 6-month contract with a competitive day rate.
