About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Consultant to join our team. As a Lead Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering projects and driving business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage projects across the full project lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.
  • Solution Design: Design solutions that meet client requirements, using your techno-functional skills.
  • Configuration and Build: Configure and build Salesforce solutions, including hands-on development of Lightning Web Components, Aura, and integration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with stakeholders, produce status reports, manage risk and issues, and manage project budgets.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing projects and teams.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer.
  • Communication Skills: Strong client-facing communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to travel to our office in London and Surrey, with the option to work remotely.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive pay rate of £500-£550/day, with a 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a boutique Salesforce partner, delivering exciting projects and deployments.
