Resource on Demand is seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading workshops to understand client requirements and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workshops to document client requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Estimate effort and oversee the delivery and implementation of Salesforce solutions to clients.
  • Engage with and support various stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning configuration.
  • Experience with full life cycle Salesforce implementation.
  • Fully proficient with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Experience with the Agile development process.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ADM201 certification and a Salesforce Consultant certification.
  • Extensive experience with fundraising projects, with a deep understanding of donor acquisition and management, particularly in digital acquisition.
