Job Summary
The People Network is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a lead role on projects, working closely with senior client stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops to understand client needs and develop solutions
- Take ownership of process mapping, writing up stories, and translating business problems into solutions
- Leverage out-of-the-box configuration capabilities to deliver custom solutions
- Oversee and participate in the design and build of custom solutions, working on both functional and technical aspects of projects
- Lead more junior team members on deliveries, requiring strong leadership and communication skills
Requirements
- Proven experience across the full lifecycle of Salesforce implementation projects
- Excellent Salesforce consulting skills with experience across the full project/delivery lifecycle
- Strong client-facing communication, relationship building, and influencing skills
- Technical understanding/skills with Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Lightning Web Components (highly desirable)
- Good understanding of query languages such as SQL and SOQL (desirable)
- Salesforce Certifications
What We Offer
- Flexibility on travel to our office in London (and occasionally Surrey) with the ability to work remotely
- Initial 6-month contract with a day rate of £500-£550/day
