At TECHOHANA, we're seeking a seasoned Salesforce Consultant to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a Functional Lead, you'll be responsible for managing long-term projects with minimal oversight, ensuring that requirements are design-ready, and that solutions meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business analyst to ensure that requirements are design-ready
  • Work with designers to ensure design meets business requirements
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Work with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Document processes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years Salesforce consultancy experience or similar end-user experience in a complex environment
  • Hands-on configuration experience
  • Leadership and mentorship experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a particular emphasis on strong communication skills, particularly in a remote work setting
  • 5+ Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, and specialist areas such as Pardot, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and FSL
  • Proven track record of having worked in a similar position with comparable responsibilities
  • London-based and eligible to work within the UK
