Job Title: Travel Trade Manager

Compass Hospitality UK is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Trade Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing our wholesale dealer network in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness among wholesale dealers and procurement firms.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with existing wholesale dealer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges or concerns.
  3. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for wholesale dealers and procurement firms, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell our products.
  4. Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure brand continuity and consistency across the UK wholesale network.
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including attending trade shows and industry events.
  6. Oversee the sales cycle, from specification and quoting to purchase and delivery, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  2. Proven track record of sales success and ability to drive revenue growth.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with wholesale dealers and hotel teams.
  4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
