Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cruise Administration Specialist to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As a key member of our Cruise Administration Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cruise bookings, from loading to invoicing and ticketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify cruise bookings loaded by colleagues using the Cruise Checklist
- Invoice cruise bookings in a timely manner
- Communicate itinerary changes to agents and ensure online check-in is completed
- Action and file cruise emails in the teamwork ticket system
- Load web bookings into in-house systems
- Issue tickets within deadlines and ensure all elements are dispatched together
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and destinations sold by attending training sessions and completing web-based training
- Administer bookings made on board and handle agent queries and amendments
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Travel Industry Professional with a specialization in cruise holidays and excellent knowledge of cruise lines and their systems. You will need to be customer-focused and have excellent attention to detail.
Package:
This is a fully office-based role, working 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). We consider full-time applications for the right candidate.
You will receive a competitive salary up to £24,000.00 (FTE) depending on experience, with excellent company benefits.
