Chalfont Careers Ltd, a reputable and independent estate agency, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide a high standard of customer service at all times, ensuring that both landlords and tenants receive excellent support and guidance throughout the letting process.
  • Lettings Process: Handle and follow up customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring that lets are processed smoothly from start to finish.
  • Viewings and Inspections: Accompany prospective tenants on viewings and conduct inspections as required, providing detailed reports and updates to clients.
  • Enquiries and Appointments: Register landlord and tenant enquiries, book relevant appointments, and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Move-in Coordination: Coordinate move-ins, ensuring a seamless transition for both landlords and tenants.
  • Deal Progression: Progress deals to completion, maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Possess a full driving license, be enthusiastic and hardworking, self-motivated with a drive to exceed company and personal goals, and have a strong understanding of the lettings industry.
