Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lettings Process: Handle lets from start to finish, including accompanied viewings, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, and registering landlord and tenant enquiries.
  • Move-In Coordination: Coordinate move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for both landlords and tenants.
  • Deal Progression: Progress deals from initial contact to completion, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.
  • Inspections: Conduct inspections as required, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in lettings, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Qualifications: ARLA qualified preferred, but not essential.
  • Skills: Excellent IT skills, including Word, and a full driving licence.
  • Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated, and driven to exceed company and personal goals.
