Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity
Chalfont Careers Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Slough. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for handling and following up customer inquiries, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lettings Process: Handle lets from start to finish, including accompanied viewings, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, and registering landlord and tenant enquiries.
- Move-In Coordination: Coordinate move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for both landlords and tenants.
- Deal Progression: Progress deals from initial contact to completion, maintaining open communication with all parties involved.
- Inspections: Conduct inspections as required, ensuring properties are presented in the best possible light.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in lettings, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Qualifications: ARLA qualified preferred, but not essential.
- Skills: Excellent IT skills, including Word, and a full driving licence.
- Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated, and driven to exceed company and personal goals.
