Lettings Negotiator

Job Summary:
Chalfont Careers Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Slough. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for handling and following up customer inquiries, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Deliver a high standard of customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Lettings Process: Handle lets from start to finish, including accompanied viewings with prospective tenants, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, and registering landlord and tenant enquiries and booking relevant appointments.
- Move-In Coordination: Coordinate move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for both landlords and tenants.
- Deal Progression: Progress deals from initial inquiry to completion, working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Inspections: Conduct inspections as required, ensuring that properties are presented in the best possible light and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
- Full Driving Licence: Possess a full driving licence, as regular travel to view properties will be required.
