  • Move-In Coordination: Coordinate move-ins, ensuring a smooth transition for both landlords and tenants.
  • Deal Progression: Progress deals from initial inquiry to completion, working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Inspections: Conduct inspections when required, ensuring that properties are presented in the best possible light.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Full Driving Licence: Possess a full driving licence, as regular travel to view properties will be required.
