This position calls for a hands-on professional with exceptional troubleshooting abilities and a client-centric mindset. The ideal candidate will be comfortable addressing first-line and basic issues that the entire team may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide initial support to users through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
2. Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network challenges efficiently.
3. Install, configure, and uphold operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
5. Oversee and sustain computer systems and networks to ensure peak performance.
6. Assist in IT projects, encompassing upgrades, installations, and migrations.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
8. Collaborate with fellow IT team members to enhance and implement IT solutions.
9. Conduct regular system backups and uphold data security measures.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a comparable technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience supporting multiple locations utilizing remote management tools.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting and configuration (LAN/WAN, routers, switches).
- Knowledge of integrating and supporting CCTV systems & Net2 within the network framework.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles and data protection regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
